Hello everyone,

August energy is already upon us so we are publishing our news a little early. The central message is that it is a month to maintain boundaries within the self and with others.
Few people understand what boundaries are really about. They are equated with setting rigid rules, or with stamping your foot with a loud "no" when things don't suit you. People can justify aggressive or controlling  behaviour in the name of "boundary-setting" -  or avoid them altogether.  
In reality, good boundaries are a means of taking charge of a personal situation in a way that is both self-loving and also respectful of others. (When we disrespect other's needs in relationship we automatically set up conditions that will come back to bite us in the bum. Therefore self-love always ensures that boundaries are set in a way that brings love to all concerned.)

Good boundaries are a means of identifying and then articulating the love you need to keep love alive.

August will bring a sense of movement, upliftment and freedom. Unlike the tricky currents of July, August energy is abundant, fast and direct. It can be joyful, clean and clear.

However, its energy is predominantly mental, and, unfortunately, there will be little natural connection to the emotional implications of ideas and opportunities. It will cause people to push forward regardless, and often insensitively. They may behave in an erratic, lurching way that will affect your need to maintain your own balance. Disentangle regularly.

Similarly you too may rush in where angels fear to tread, with later regrets. Make sure you remain in charge. Slow down before you make your moves.

The forceful energy of August means it is a time to work strongly with boundaries established within the resonance of self-love.The mental energy can lead to rigidity so ensure the boundaries do not become fixed positions, and are based on real emotional need and not on idealistic "oughts".

Whole-self dialogues will be the way to ensure that mental opportunities are handled with self-loving balance.  (Those students and clients who are not familiar with whole-self dialogue should inquire about how to do this.)

If you are able to maintain self-loving balance in these ways, the month will bring delightful synchronicities in which everything will line up at the right time beautifully,
