Those people who do not have the opportunity to work with us directly can be confused as to how the information supplied in newsletters is relevant to the world they are experiencing. This is particularly true when the dramas of the unfolding world seem to be at odds with what our guides suggest.

Our guides' specialty is in assisting those who are interested in evolving their consciousness to the level that they can manifest the qualities and passions of their souls in a New World. Each individual crafts this journey uniquely. Our courses, workshops, readings and mentoring assist people to make that crafting as smooth, calm and elegant as possible.

But because we live within the context of larger processes, the Spiritual Metamorphosis newsletter makes reference to the planetary energies that are predominant each month and that therefore affect all individuals. The information does not predict, and does not intend to deal directly with, the physical and external manifestations of change.

The physical changes occurring around the globe are part of a multidimensional plan for the evolution of consciousness and, as such, are certainly for the long term good. But they will often be frightening and very disrupting for those who are not awake and who cannot adjust their nervous system to integrate the waves of universal energy associated with evolution of human consciousness.

The suggestions our guides and we make each month are provided as general guidelines to keep your own journey as comfortable as possible within the particular month's mental, emotional, and occasionally, higher self energies. But you still need to keep moving towards your unique soul dreams and goals because those dreams are part of bringing your own version of heaven to the New Earth. And your active intention to send love on a regular basis to the unfolding world will greatly assist its development.

March is going to be a choppy month mentally and emotionally. Things will seem to be going smoothly and then suddenly you may be thrown off centre.

This is because waves of new energy will ‘squeeze' your nervous system and where there is resistance, mental fixity supported by fears and negative ego, you may possibly feel panicky and disorientated, or you may experience episodes of falling into unexplained negativity.
Where you are able to go with the flow mentally and emotionally, you will find pleasure and passion.

We recommend that you take March slowly and in little pieces. There will be pressure to find grand solutions right now. Slow down, say yes to solving problems, but approach solutions in small steady flexible steps.

It is important that you do not dig into problems obsessively because you will either active old wounds or create ones where none existed. Let go of your own discomfort by shifting you're attention outward sending the energies of love and wellbeing to your neighbour, family, community, or government.
