The new creative energy that is now available to humanity works through the heart chakra. The heart chakra handles the receiving and giving of love energy within the self as well with others. It distributes love to the entire being as required. This is why it has always been important to heal the wounds of the heart. The person who is too frightened to love and be loved cannot fully achieve what they need because their heart chakra is weakened, under-utilised or unbalanced.

The healthy heart chakra when utilising the new energy will make possible the manifestation of dreams for yourself, humanity and the planet through consciously balancing the need for new creation with the necessity for destruction. If you wonder why the heart must deal with destruction, you need only consider what you see around you that might be better eliminated. And then you might consider how it could be destroyed in love and not in pain.

Learning to recognise and trust the truth of the heart, let alone acting upon it in a balanced way, will not be easy for the vast majority of people faced with the dramatic changes of the coming decade. In reading the reports on monthly energies this year, keep in mind that each energy has the potential to bring you closer to the power your heart, and therefore your soul.

The essence of February's energy in terms of assisting humanity to create the world each person wants relates to strengthening your capacity for emotional and mental fulfilment. Feeling a deep sense of satisfaction in what we do or what we receive from life is really more important than achieving a specific goal: for what value is a manifestation if it does not bring with it the emotional richness and mental delight that you hoped for? Fulfilment energy nourishes, replenishes and rejuvenates. It brings a sense of abundance and fullness. Therefore, as you experience it during February, take time to enjoy, play and admire it. Let it permeate your being.

There is always the polarity of any energy and the flip side of February will be either a sense of lack or gluttony. In February, the balancing act will not be easy. You will need to enjoy and absorb the energy but at the same time recognise that enough is enough. Don't 'over-eat' the energy of February. Core issues that impair your ability to reach your soul potential, which of course involves fulfilment, will need unravelling this month. When you uncover one of these issues, find yourself in overwhelm or lose balance, go back to the basics of working from self-love and self-value. Take one step at a time and tackle issues bit by bit.

The world will reflect the problems of both lack and over-abundance. Parts of it will suddenly show their great need for aid and a flood of resources will ensue (as in the current Haiti crisis). However despite the assistance, feelings of "it is not enough" will coexist alongside greedy utilization of what is on offer.

We ask that you consider using the world healing visualizations to bring balance to these situations and to soothe the energetic hiccoughs.
