Sunday workshops are an enjoyable and effective way to focus on areas of particular interest in your self-development journey. Each is tailored to the immediate interests of the participants and includes take home material to continue the explorations later. The same topics can be studied via mentoring or in private consultation if you prefer but we recommend the workshops to give a head start, and for the power of group energy.

August 2009 Energies Report

August energy is clean, fresh and strong. After the awareness of illusion and projections coming to light in July the planetary energetic is crisp and this will often give a sense of mental and emotional satisfaction and containment.
However the very containment will also leave people energetically vulnerable. Right brain Sky individuals can feel trapped by the demands imposed by different situations while their left-brain Earth friends will feel uncomfortably squeezed and burdened as if they have suddenly put on weight and their clothes are too tight. For many the intensity of the energetic will be so sharp and frightening it will throw them into denial.
Projections need to continue to be cleared but the sense of discomfort is due to the fact that few people have enough self-love* to provide a buffer from the energy. It is essential that the little understood skill of self-love be developed or consolidated. Those who do not have the tools to do this should begin by dropping a little self-love into their lives all the time.
For those who are more skilled, August is a wonderful opportunity to slow down and ingest self-love. It is time to give up the old patterns of pushing through (Earth) or allowing overwhelm (sky) These patterns will no longer feel useful. Watch for denial and clear it.
Protection and disentangling from mass consciousness will be needed to minimise the sense of energy “shock” that may arise.
